How are Guar Korma and Guar Meal Churi made? There are three key stages.

1 – Fresh Guar Bean pods are dried, and the Seeds are removed.

2 – Seeds are cracked open to remove the endosperm (top). The remaining components – the protein-rich germ and the seed husk – make up Raw Guar Korma (bottom).

3 – When processing the endosperm to convert to Splits (top), its husk is removed. This residual endosperm husk makes up Guar Meal Churi.
